Our Park Royal store sits inside the shopping centre, on the north side, which makes it the easiest drop off on the North Shore: you are already parked. It is also where most of our designer and luxury work comes in, from cashmere and Loro Piana tailoring to Canada Goose and Moncler outerwear.
West Vancouver wardrobes bring us the labels that punish careless cleaning: unlined cashmere, structured tailoring, beaded evening wear, down filled outerwear. This counter sees more of that work than either of our other stores, and prices it before we touch it.
Being inside Park Royal turns dry cleaning into something you do on a trip you were making anyway. Drop off before the groceries, collect on the way back out. No second errand, no separate parking.
Alterations are pinned on site here, Monday through Saturday. Hours run 10am on Monday and Tuesday and 9:30am from Wednesday, so check before a late afternoon fitting.
Each of these has its own care protocol. If your piece is not listed, bring it in and we will tell you honestly whether we should touch it.
Our free pick up and delivery also runs up the Sea to Sky corridor, so Lions Bay and beyond are covered without a drive to the mall. Closer to the bridge? Our North Vancouver store opens at 7am.
Hems, waistbands and sleeve length adjusted on site, six days a week. Structured jackets and lined dresses are unforgiving work, so everything is pinned at the counter rather than guessed at from a drop off ticket.

Not every errand needs to end at the mall. Free pick up and delivery reaches all of West Vancouver and continues up the Sea to Sky corridor, so Caulfeild, Horseshoe Bay and Lions Bay are covered without the drive. No minimum order, and delicate pieces are handled the same way whether you hand them over at the counter or at your door.
Yes. We are at 891 Park Royal North, on the north side of the shopping centre off Marine Drive. You can park once and do the drop off as part of a trip you were already making, which is why this store is busiest at midday and early evening.
Ours, and they differ from our other two stores. The counter opens 8:30am on weekdays and 9am on Saturday. Alterations start later, 10am Monday and Tuesday and 9:30am Wednesday to Friday, so a morning fitting needs checking first.
We will tell you first. Bring it to the counter and we will assess the fabric, lining and fill before quoting, and if a piece should not be dry cleaned we say so rather than take the risk. Our brand care pages set out how we handle specific labels.
